Your role will include administration and PA related duties where you will be providing assistance to the managing director and ultimately being the face of the company. The successful individual will demonstrate extraordinary administrative and organisational skills where they will have minimum 3 years PA experience working in an accounting firm.

    Your requirements

    • Data Entry, General Office duties e.g. Filing, Scanning, answering phones etc.
    • Handling ITS/accounts compilation, correspondence, ASIC forms
    • Advanced computer skills is essential e.g. MYOB, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
    • Excellent presentation, written and communication skills
    • Client association, lead and plan reviews
