This not for profit service located in the Hurstville area is seeking a qualified and experienced ECT to join the team in the role of preschool room leader on a full time basis.

 

You will have the support of an experienced team and supportive director. Your role will include planning and programming, implementation of the EYLF, parent communication, ensuring ratios are met, room routine and group times, staff management, OH&S, as well as record keeping and documentation.

Criteria:

  • Completed Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Confident leading a preschool room
  • Solid understanding of the EYLF, NQF and QIAS
  • Looking to commit to a role long term
