Looking for a corporate travel role with a difference? Want variety in your role and the clients you work with? A Senior Corporate Travel Consultant is needed to work as a multi-skilled relief consultant for a major expanding Corporate Travel Company based in Sydney.

This leading corpor ate travel company has over 30 years experience meeting corporate travel solutions and now due to further expansion we have a vacancy for a senior corporate travel consultant to join this award winning team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- This is a corporate travel role with a difference working as multi-skilled relief consultant
- To work with all departments and your team to maintain the efficient and smooth running of the business travel department
- Handle all reservations considering your client's requirements and offering a choice of fares and travel options
- To ensure all special requests are met as per client profile's and service level agreements
- Dealing with all reservation changes, re-routings and ticket re-validations
- Ensure that all refunds are actioned within the agreed timescales
- To be fully competent with a CRS / GDS system making flight, hotel and car hire reservations

EXPERIENCE

- Corporate travel industry experience environment along with strong CRS skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Nett fares
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal effectively over the phone
- The ability to deal with a variety of client's in a busy and thriving working environment
- Ability to adapt to a changing working environment moving from through different teams and providing relief
