Jamie's Italian has recently opened in Pitt Street, Sydney. Due to the huge success of the restaurant we are looking to further bolster our waiting team by bringing on some more enthusiastic, experienced individuals. The 180 seat restaurant serves Jamie's rustic, crunchy, original Italian menu and there's also a beautiful bar where we offer simple, fresh food to complement our smashing wine, beer and cocktail list.

When you join a Jamie's Italian waiting team, you're immediately on the front line! As a member of our most high profile department, you'll need to have relevant experience on the floor in a similar high volume restaurant environment. But before you hit the ground running in our incredibly busy restaurants, you'll be trained, tested and inspired so that you're able to give excellent service - Jamie's Italian style!

To attract our attention, you'll also need to show that you're perceptive; someone who can tailor their service to individual customers and who instinctively works as part of a team. This is a full time, shift based role operating Monday to Saturday. You will need to love food, wine and professional service and enjoy challenging yourself everyday.
